The website is meant to give out information about the recreational bungalows
-situated on own ground - that are for sale on our idyllic Bungalowpark, situated just behind the dyke at the Markerwaardmeer between Hoorn and Enkhuizen:

There are 50 bungalows on our park, all situated on own ground. The park is owned by a Cooperative of the 50 individual owners (Vereniging van Eigenaren). There is no third party involved. The hidden bungalowpark is truly a “Paradise Lost”. Recreation is possible the whole year round.

Currently we have 8 bungalows for sale, varying from €57.000 to €107.000.
You’ll find that there is a lot of difference between the quality of the houses and the size of the pieces of land. This makes it possible for anyone to find something suitable and personal. At the same time the diversity of our park will be protected. Do you prefer lots of own land or do you prefer a large, modern house? Would you like to do some building yourself, or would you like everything to be finished? Whatever your choice will be, we guarantee that all the houses have this unique quality of being a “Paradise Lost”.

Alternatively, it may be possible to rent one of these bungalows for a specific time. Please contact us if this would appeal to you.

Although the bungalows are all owned by individual owners, we have been commissioned to do the selling. Therefore -if you are a potential buyer- do not contact the owners directly or go and explore the bungalows on our park on your own. Our park is a private park and access is not allowed, unless by prior appointment. So please respect our privacy!
